problem with table scan turbo Poker Stars

Table scan turbo worked normal than at home to turn of the electricity and now when I press the button "scan tables" programs gives the mistakes:


my OS: Windows 7, table scan and Poker Stars last version too.

Download and then extract this bat file, then run it as admin. Make sure stars and TST are closed when you run it
