Problem after launching the scanner on pokerstars

Problem after running the scanner on pokerstars.
Installed on a new computer windows 10. I downloaded pokerstars and tablescan. I started it and when it was first started everything was fine. Has gone to bed, in the morning at attempt to begin scanning the error is issued. That is, the program is turned on. But after clicking the "Scan Tables" button, the program stops working (windows says it does not work.)
