new CAP Tables dont work

not sure if its a bug or a missing feature, but the tables poped up like 10minutes ago.

tst doesnt seem be able to scan them

Ok, i'll add support for them, it seems to be scanning them fine, but it doesn't recognize them as being open properly

cool, and i am pretty sure you will provide an update before hem tablescanner even is aware of the tables

PLO CAP tables on FT are not scanned.

To scan CAP PLO you need to add a scan filter for "CAP PL". Sorry for the delay with fixing these pokerstars cap tables, I have been working on a lot of stuff Trying to release an update tomorrow or thursday

now that hem and tn is working, just tst is open :-)
