Default generell FT scan problem

Today, I had to reboot my PC twice until I got the FT scan to work. This also happened with the HEM scanner and not only to me but also to a couple of friends.
I run both programs as admin (UAC is all the way down already though). I turned off my anti-virus (MSE) which didn't help until a reboot which might or might not have been the reason. With the HEM scanner these outages appear random. switching lobbies (from ring to rush or tourney and back) are likely to trigger the failure. Leaving HEM open for a while and starting FT later was also a good way to screw up the scan.
I use W7 ultimate 32-bit in English, friends use W7 64-bit in German, MSE seems to be the only common demoninator which might differentiate us from the pack.
Its only FT. PS and Party are fine.

Any idea?

If UAC is off, you dont need to run as admin, maybe you shouldn't. I would think generally if it stops working, you should be able to just restart FTP only and that would fix it. I've never heard of that one before, please let me know if it keeps happening. I would think using TST and HM at the same time could possibly cause problems, since we use a very similar method

By the way feel free to add me on AIM/MSN/ICQ/Skype if you want to chat on there

It might be the favorites tab that caused that.
