auto waitlist: don't allow auto waitlist to join or leave.../ # of BB feature

This feature is still not working (PLO Omaha, Party, Pokerstars, (FT)).
It always puts me back on the waitlist.
Also the manual unjoin gets overwritten by the next scan.
