What can I do?
Usually that error just means your scan filters in TableScan don't match with your filters in the lobby. Here's my contact info, can you show me the problem?

Thanks, I have figured out the problem, some people have problems when choosing "NL" as the "type" in the TableScan Scan filter. If you switch it to "Any", it will work for now

Hello Zandry!

I can't switch it to "Any". I only can select No Limit, Fixed Limit or Pot-Limit (holdem or omaha) and Welcome Lounge tables. There is no "Any" tab under the game type.

In TableScan > Configure > Player Notes, Add File > Partypoker

Now, navigate to your bwin folder, probably:
C:\Programs\bwincom\

And select the "Notes.txt" file in the folder and then press "Open" at the bottom right to add your bwin notes file to TableScan
