Default NaN w V0.39 beta

Using TST V0.39 beta
w HoldemMgr 1.18a beta on
Full Tilt Client 7.0
Windows XP SP3

Not picking up any player stats during scan:
Tables VPIP,PFR, AF = NaN
Players all 0.00

DB properly configured e.g. port , user and password same as HEM
Not sure how to verify that TST has made a connection to the database.

If you were able to add the database, then that should mean it successfully connected, also if you have an active database and it was failing to connect it would give you a lot of errors at the bottom right above the "Status" panel.

Is it possible you have more than one DB and you chose the wrong "Name" when you added the database?

No, only one 8.4 database.

Can't attach screen shot because you limit .pdf attachments to 20KB.
Well I could, but you wouldn't be able to read anything.

Can you send the screenshot to [email protected]
I will look into upping the max file size

Also, I should say that I am using postgres 8.3, and have never tested on 8.4, that is probably the problem, so I will try and install but give me a few days please as I am really busy fixing FTP

I had exactly the same problem and i solved it by just selecting the database format. That means u have to select the database type whether if its PT3 or HEM! After that everything worked fine at my system.
