Unfortunately yes I have heard of that, but usually the idea is it's a very rare thing that will only happen to most people once. I don't know of any way to solve it. If you want to add me on skype I can take a look at it sometime, one thing you could try is in Configure > Settings > Sites > Use NO-OCR method but I doubt that would help
