table scoring :
0-10 vpip = 0
10-16=1
16-22=2
22-26=3
26-30=4
30-35=5
35-45=6

player scoring
0-10 vpip =1
10-16=5
16-20=10
20-25=15
25-35=25
35-45=35
45-50=50
50-100=100
